Kiwanie Lodge is a beautiful 2-unit style cabin nestled along the shores of historic Lake Kiwanie. This property boasts the largest lot on the lake with a large area of easily accessible waterfront. Take in the views on our large wraparound deck. Explore the lake in one of our provided kayaks. Enjoy central, convenient access to all local amenities including: grocery stores, restaurants and nightlife. The space Kiwanie Lodge is an 2,200 square foot 2-unit DUPLEX cabin with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each side for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each unit is a mirror image of the other which gives nice flexibility for a large group that would like to mingle in the exterior gather areas but also have their own private amenities for sleeping, dining and watching TV in living room. Large master bathrooms are upstairs while the smaller second bathrooms are downstairs. Accommodations also include full kitchen, spices, cooking oil, paper products, cooking utensils, pots & pans. Each bedroom and the living room have their own smart tv. There are no middle doors connecting the two units. Communal spaces are the firepit areas and the large wraparound deck that encircles the entire home. Guest access Our front doors are controlled by smart locks. You will be provided a code to use for access prior to arrival and after your rental agreement is signed. Other things to note Remember to bring charcoal if you would like to grill. Also don't forget you fishing gear and fishing license if you would like to fish. The game warden does not patrol our lake often but it does fall under their jurisdiction and they often check for licenses. We suggest buying bait before coming in to town as we cannot guarantee availability locally. We also suggest purchasing firewood ahead of time as well.
