Located in K section on a quiet, dead end street, the house is surrounded by a lush garden- where the ocean sounds accompany the rhythm of the jungle. The space The designer renovation of Casita Del Mar was completed in April 2022 with modern influences and locally sourced materials. Upon entering Casita Del Mar, you are surrounded by beautiful, hand crafted teak doors, modern patterns, colorful tile from Nicaragua and Balinese decor. In the master suite, added in 2022, enjoy a bright space finished with spectacular teak details, king size bed with a headboard sourced from a local Guanacaste tree, and a cozy sitting/ TV area. The master bathroom is super cool with black tile and teak accents. On the other side of the house, the two matching bedrooms include en suite bathrooms, queen beds on beautiful teak and rattan frames and custom closets. The fourth bedroom enjoys beautiful natural light with a king size bed that matches the other bedrooms. The guest bathroom shines with gorgeous floor to ceiling blue tile. Casita Del Mar features an open, modern kitchen with teak cabinets, high end appliances, beautiful white counter tops, and a custom island with seating for four. The indoor dining area centers around a custom Guanacaste tree table with seating for six or more. Guests can always dine out in the jungle from the large table centered on the front porch. The living room offers comfortable, custom made couches, perfect for conversations or reading a book. The Samsung Frame TV offers surf art or a family movie night. The main living/kitchen area is air conditioned for hot afternoons. The front porch overlooks the colorful garden and invites you to hang, play games, or sneak in a nap. There is a gas grill on the front porch, perfect for evening barbeques. The Casita Del Mar salt water pool and pool deck are perfect areas to enjoy the sunshine and cool off after a beach day. There are four pool loungers with cushions on the pool deck. Enjoy the two outdoor showers- one by the pool and one in the garden.
