Located right off Highway 2 just 30 minutes from Stevens Pass Ski Resort, this home in Gold Bar, WA (aka "Gateway to the Cascades") is just minutes from hiking, kayaking, fishing, and so much more. IG: @LittleRiverHouseCascades The space Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can host up to 9 people and is perfect for families or a group of friends. Enjoy the amazing sounds of the rushing Skykomish River and breath taking views of the Cascade Mountains right from the backyard. Our backyard is equipped with everything you need to maximize the fun — including yard games, corn hole, a horse shoe pit, and ring toss. The backyard also includes a large fire pit (BYO firewood), which is perfect for roasting marshmallows with friends and family. After a long day of skiing or hiking, relax and unwind in our hot tub. In the morning, enjoy a hot coffee from our riverside lounge chairs and wave to the kayakers floating by! We provide a fully stocked kitchen with everything from pots/pans to spices in order to give you all the comforts of home! You can even make yourself a backyard picnic with our state-of-the-art grill located on our BRAND NEW massive deck. Both the indoor and outdoor dining tables are perfect for the entire group, seating up to 8 people each. Our master bedroom features 1 queen size bed with a cozy comforter and plenty of throw blankets to make sure you stay warm during ski season! It also features a reading nook with a comfy chair that looks out over the river. Unwind at night with a smart TV equipped with all of your favorite streaming apps. The second bedroom also features 1 queen bed and a smart TV. Our 3rd bedroom includes a bunk bed with 1 double bed on the bottom and 1 twin bed on the top. Our home is equipped with high speed wifi, which is perfect for those working from home or streaming from several devices at once. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard. Your private paradise awaits! At this time, although the views are spectacular, there is no path currently down to the river from our backyard. There is access to the river within walking distance (0.2 miles) at Big Eddy Public Water Access. Other things to note You are more than welcome to bring your furry friends, but there is a pet fee ($175) due to extra cleaning that is required. Please note, we do require a rental agreement to be signed to ensure that you're aware of all house rules.
