We have thought of everything from new washer & dryer, self check-in keypad entry, and new shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, etc for every new guest. Each bedroom and the common living area is equipped with a powerful mini-split AC system to keep you and your family cool after an action packed day at Disneyland. And it's all powered by renewable solar energy, so feel guilt free to keep the house temperature as cool as you desire. Guest access Check-in is any time after 4 pm. The entrance door is equipped with a keypad for easy check-in and access during your stay. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS. No birthday parties or daytime kids' birthday parties as well. This neighborhood is quiet, family friendly, and the houses are located close together. I want to be considerate of my neighbors, not allow any gatherings, and take up neighborhood parking spaces. Please do not ask for an exception. Outdoor security cameras are located at the front door and the back yard (exterior locations only). These outdoor cameras will be used to prevent parties, events, or large gatherings. It will also be used to verify guest count. The maximum amount of people allowed is 4. There are no cameras inside the house. This house is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and tea. The kitchen is equipped with cups, plates, pots, frying pans, and cooking utensils. However, the kitchen is not supplied with cooking oil, butter, olive oil, condiments, etc. Not providing these items help keep the kitchen extremely clean for every new guests. The only seasoning that is provided is the salt and pepper.
