Charming off-grid cabin surrounded by beautiful forest, starry skies, and wildlife. Campfires, hammocks, and seclusion await you at this sweet cottage. While enjoying the Northwoods scene surrounding this cabin, it's hard to believe Lake Superior and Grand Marais are less than five minutes away. Enjoy the area waterfalls, shorelines, and bike path along the big Lake. Well-stocked kitchen with propane range, solar lights and USB charger, tiny wood stove, comfy queen bed and full-size futon. The space This newly built (June 2022), light filled, cabin is such a sweet place to unwind, but it won't be for everyone. The cabin is completely off-grid with solar power, propane cook stove, outhouse, and wood stove. Galley stairs lead to a cozy loft with Cindy queen bed. Newly built sauna and off grid shower house now available for guests! Guests will bring their own bedding or sleeping bag, rags, and water. Guests will also need to prep the cabin before leaving to have it ready for the following guests (therefore no cleaning fee). If you're looking for a unique lodging experience that is still comfortable and charming in a location that feels totally secluded but is just outside of Grand Marais, this is the spot!
