We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Cancale, this charming house in which is the lodging Rogonde of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 37 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 320 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation on the garden level is composed as follows: - A 37 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A shower room with shower and WC. Outside : - A beautiful shared, unfenced garden of 320 m². For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The gîte is ideally situated in Cancale, which is a remarkable site of taste and famous for its oysters and shellfish, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities.
