Surrounded by greenery and the absolute tranquility of a vast private property on the hill of Tucciano, protected by an oak grove, the villa overlooks the Tiber valley and enjoys a strategic position between Lazio and Umbria, which will allow the guest to visit, in a single day, places of considerable historical, archaeological, naturalistic and gastronomic interest and to benefit from the properties of the thermal pools of Orte just 5 minutes away by car. The space The villa is spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor, there is a large entrance, a large elegantly furnished living room overlooking a porch enclosed by windows, a spacious kitchen with a door to the grove that will allow you to eat outside in the cool of the oaks, and a bathroom with a shower. On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom, with an anteroom equipped with a built-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with a bathtub. On the 2nd floor, there is a bright two-room apartment with large windows overlooking the woods and the olive grove, consisting of two bedrooms, one double and the other with a single bed, separated by a door, a private bathroom with a sitting tub and shower. If requested, a cot can be added both in the double bedroom of the attic and in the bedroom on the first floor. Guest access The location of the villa will allow guests to visit the Tuscia homeland of the Etruscans with its mysteries and archaeological jewels; Viterbo city of the Popes, with the medieval district; the Etruscan coast; Tarquinia with the famous necropolis and Tuscania with the splendid Romanesque churches; the lakes of Bolsena and Vico; Umbria with Orvieto, Todi, Perugia, Assisi and the spectacular Marmore Falls; Tuscany with Florence and Siena and of course Rome, which is easy to reach in less than an hour by highway or by comfortable trains in 40 minutes from the Orte station, from which frequent trains also depart for Florence and the Fiumicino airport. Other things to note A 5-minute drive away is the Orte spa complex, equipped with two large pools fed directly from the spring with 29° sulfur water. There is also a children's pool with lifeguards. In addition, the hydro-mineral and hydrothermal basin of Viterbo (20 minutes by highway) is one of the most abundant in Italy. Consisting of various mostly hyperthermal springs (from 40 to over 56 degrees), some of which are freely accessible. The Bullicame spring is the most famous for its therapeutic qualities, in addition to the renowned Terme dei Papi.
