The space Despite it's historic charm, the home is completely renovated with modern comforts. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker) and all the basic tools for cooking or baking. There is even an outside grill for a relaxing BBQ. However, with the fantastic amounts of restaurants in a close proximity, you may decide to let others do the cooking. Easily walk to numerous great restaurants and bars. There are three bedrooms of similar size with comfortable, queen sized beds. We designed everything with your comfort in mind and you will find TV's in two of the bedrooms and charging stations for your electronics. The middle bedroom has a desk for any work related needs. The beds and linens were chosen for comfort. Plenty of closet space is idea for those taking a longer vacation complete with luggage racks. The bathrooms are clean and modern. One bedroom is en suite and has a shower and the other is shared with the other two bedrooms and has a tub/shower combo. We provide all the basics you need like soap, shampoo/conditioner and plenty of towels for everyone. Beach towels too! There are several great beaches just a short drive away. We also have a washer and dryer for your private use and will start you off with laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Paper goods also included. Just pack your clothes and come have fun! Our charming front porch is the star of the show with rocking chairs and a padded bench ideal for relaxation, a refreshing drink or watching the world go by at a slower pace. The location is second to none being a short walk from St George Street, the historic Fort, museums and countless restaurants, shops and bars. Perfect location for special events like July 4th fireworks or Nights of Lights (starting Nov 19-Jan 31st) We have several onsite parking options for your convenience including gated parking with a private spot. We are located in a neighborhood with many short term rentals but also home owners and a real community. We ask you remember that on your vacation. We are also across the street from a school. This is great since it is a safe street and very quiet at night. However, during the daytime on school days, you may hear the happy sounds of children at play. Enjoy your stay....we always do! Guest access You will have access to the whole house. Enjoy contact-less check in and out with the convenience of local hosts who can help with any needs during your stay. You will get a message with the door codes the day of check in. If we can coordinate with our checkouts and cleaners, we often offer early check in. Other things to note Our home has been designed for comfort and convenience, while preserving its delightful historical character. Three cozy bedrooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds, soft linens, and plenty of closet space—perfect for longer stays.
