Spacious Condo on the Comal with a river view, in the heart of all things fun in New Braunfels! The space In the heart of all things fun in New Braunfels! This beautiful 1372 square foot, second floor, two-story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo overlooks the pristine Comal River, is directly across the street from Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and walking distance to downtown. The complex has its own Comal River entrance/exit so that you can float in and out from the complex. This two floor open-concept condo features a well-stocked kitchen with a regular coffee maker, full sized washer and dryer, and living room with comfortable seating for 8 or more. The dining room seats six, with 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. Sleeping accommodations include: Master suite with 2 queen beds and en suite bath with separate shower and tub Second bedroom has 1 queen bed with an in suite bath (shower/tub combo). The living room also has a full size futon with a convenient half bath located under the staircase. The condo has patios on each level overlooking the beautiful spring-fed Comal River. Both patios feature patio chairs and side tables. The complex includes a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. There are also grills and picnic tables for outdoor cooking with family and friends! Tubes ARE NOT available inside or for this unit. -Please call Paddle TX for tube rental. Camp Warnecke is on Comal Riverfront property with a Pool and Hot tub! -Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long! -A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot! -Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float! -Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery! - If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to call Paddle TX and use their tubes and shuttle service. -And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away! Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex: Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse. Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social. Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information. Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS. Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property. Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Camp Warnecke are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces. Monthly Rates in our Low Season are available! Guest access Each unit is equipped with a Schlage lock system. You will be provided with a 4 digit access code in your check-in email. Using the Schlage lock system- To Unlock the Door: Press the Schlage button to wake up the lock. Enter the 4-digit “Door Code”, when the light turns green, (within 5 seconds) manually turn and unlock the deadbolt using the spinning locking mechanism. To Lock the Door: Press the Schlage button and turn the locking mechanism towards the door frame.
