Guest access 🚗 Parking Summer: The cottage grounds offer a large space to park 6 to 8 vehicles comfortably, directly in front of the garage and on the private site. Winter: The road is maintained and cleared of snow regularly to ensure safe access to the cottage. After a storm or in the event of ice, access may be easier with an SUV or 4x4 vehicle. For more convenience for small vehicles without four-wheel drive, up to two cars can park for free at our neighbor's during the cold season. Then just walk up the path to the cottage (a few minutes' walk). These two winter parking spaces are available at no extra cost. Note that this option is less suitable for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note Please respect these few guidelines to ensure a great experience for everyone and to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. 🌿 Peace & Safety - No parties or undeclared guests. - Avoid noise, smoke or disturbing lights, especially between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. - Fireworks and pyrotechnic objects are prohibited. - No tents, trailers or recreational vehicles on the grounds to accommodate extra guests. 🐾 Animals - Animals under control (leash or attached outside). - Maximum 3 dogs per stay (municipal by-law) 🚤 Water sports - Only boats provided by the chalet can be used (we provide 2 small junior kayaks (0-100 lbs). 🚪 Before departure - Place bedding and towels in front of the washing machine or at the foot of the beds - Fill and start the dishwasher. - Close windows and doors. - Maintain the hot tub according to the instructions (cups of products will be left at your disposal) - Take out garbage and recycling at the bottom of the Marie-France path.
