There are three bedroom suites located on the first floor: two king main suites with a private bath and one queen main suite with a bath. Two entrances to the villa are on the first floor, one being via stairs to the foyer, the other with close proximity to the elevator, which accesses each floor. The second level offers a well-equipped kitchen accented with gorgeous cabinetry, granite counters, state-of-the-art appliances, and a large pantry.
