Villa Luna was built in 2021 in modern architectural style, has 230 m2 of living space and also has a large garden, ideal for children to play. Inside there are many luxurious details to make your dream vacation even better and more beautiful! The villa is divided into first floor and upper floor and offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 and optimal 8 people. On the lower floor there is a spacious living room with TV, coffee table, sofa and armchairs, a kitchen with bar with seating for 3, a dining room with dining table for 8 people, as well as a bedroom and a private bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with double bed and 3 bathrooms ensuite with showers, and inside the villa there is another separate toilet. Each of the bedrooms has its own exit to the terrace or balcony. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.35 meters. Additional pool equipment includes heating, but at an additional cost. You can refresh yourself pleasantly during the day and at night, and the whirlpool next to the pool guarantees romantic evenings with a glass of traditional Istrian wine. Sunbathing is possible on deck chairs by the pool. In the villa's courtyard there is a spacious terrace with a summer kitchen with a grill, an outdoor dining table with 8 seats and a corner sofa. The villa offers its guests additional facilities such as two adult bicycles, a trampoline, badminton and darts. Right next to Villa Luna is its sister villa Sole, which is also available for rent and also offers a pleasant and luxurious stay! In the courtyard there are two parking spaces at your disposal and outside the courtyard there is another additional parking space. What makes Brtonigla special are its picturesque streets, where almost every house has a different color, and its views, from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the unspoiled nature, delight every visitor. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion and for a fee. Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups only upon payment of a refundable deposit of 1000 EUR. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people under 27 years of age. If you are a youth group, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.
