The area is full of activities that range from golf, kayaking & hiking, to antiquing, shopping at the local farmers markets & visiting Boscobel, Storm King Art Center, and Dia:Beacon. #arpan_hv The space There are 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 6 guests. The large living room and master suite have fireplaces and also open up to decks overlooking the pool and Hudson River. Dining area also overlooks the pool and Hudson River in a beautiful countryside setting for everyone to enjoy throughout the day. The house has some unique features like a: Wood Burning Fireplace in the Living Room, Gas Fireplace in Bedroom and a firepit in the Garden. Swimming Pool. Dining table & a Swing in the garden near the pool. Partially enclosed sun room deck allows one to be outdoors even when it’s raining or snowing. Large 65” TV allows for some great relaxation in the living room next to the wood burning fireplace. 1 acre of land to enjoy walking around the property or walking across the road to some great hiking trails like Anthony’s nose, Manitoga and Manitou. Guest access There is access to all 3 rooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room and sunroom. Other things to note Wheelchair accessible. Nespresso Delonghi machine compatible with the Nespresso original pods. ( I get this question a lot so figured I’d add it here :) We now also have an amazing Breville coffee machine where you can grind your beans and try some local coffees from the farmers market at Boscobel!
