The house is called CASA Fliorita 22 PORTO CERESIO is located 150 meters from Lake Lugano. The completely independent structure is located on the mezzanine floor of a villa. The warm and cozy decor made with a lot of passion and imagination in detail, is designed to give you maximum comfort. The furnishings from various period materials and furniture restored and revisited in a modern key gives a unique, personal, and original imprint on the property. The space Nestled in a quiet corner of Porto Ceresio, Casa Fiorita 22 offers a cozy retreat ideal for families with children and couples for a quiet getaway or stopover. SLEEPING AREA The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and soft MAXI mattress 100% made in Italy. Direct access to the balcony and air conditioning ensuring a comfortable stay. For a carefree stay, you'll find fresh sheets and towels ready to await you. LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN The living room is carefully designed and decorated, mixing green plants and cozy lighting, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It has a sofa that converts into a sofa bed with a flat-screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances. Here you will find: - induction cooktop - plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, mugs, wine glasses of various sizes - toaster - oven - refrigerator - freezer - oil, salt, pepper, napkins COFFEE CORNER A break corner where you can enjoy relaxing moments, equipped with a NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle, with a choice of teas, herbal teas, and coffee available. The parking spaces are marked by a sign with the apartment number and name, ensuring greater comfort and ease of access also for loading and unloading luggage. COT A crib for infants is available upon request. Guest access Guests can access independently. To access the apartment, you need to climb a few stairs to reach the entrance of the house. Other things to note - due to possible health problems for people with allergies, pets are not allowed in the house - paid parking €5 per car per night - Paid parking €10 for two cars per night - Based on the provisions of the law and the regulations in force in the Italian state and the municipality of Porto Ceresio, identity documents and tourist taxes will be required based on the number of people.
