This property has charcoal grills for your enjoyment as well as direct access to the Comal River. Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex: Restaurants: Spud Ranch, Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse. Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social. Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information. Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. *If booking through Airbnb, the "Prices include all fees" does not apply if you're bringing a pet. Using the Schlage lock system- To Unlock the Door: Press the Schlage button to wake up the lock. Enter the 4-digit “Door Code”, when the light turns green, (within 5 seconds) manually turn and unlock the deadbolt using the spinning locking mechanism. To Lock the Door: Press the Schlage button and turn the locking mechanism towards the door frame.
