Stroll, walk, run or bike along Whalewatcher's Walk into the Village. 2 minute walk to Vigilucci's Seafood & Steakhouse for lunch, happy hour and sunset dinners. The space Extensive renovation completed May 2022! Pristine with comfortable furnishings and reserved parking! We have hard-wired access points for fast, reliable Wi-Fi for all of your devices (250 Mbps). Our kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, necessary utensils, and we have Bosch appliances. Please don't hesitate to ask about specific items! The primary bedroom has a Cal king bed with attached bath, and the second bedroom has a queen bed - all luxury linens provided including beach towels. You even have your own washer and dryer for your convenience. Not only are the views breathtaking from the kitchen, living room and primary bedroom, there is a "reserved just for you" balcony with comfy outdoor furniture, a fire pit and gas grill. We also provide shared beach supplies - chairs, umbrellas and Boogie boards! Other things to note There is construction on the upper Carlsbad beach sidewalk until late spring 2026 and then again during the winter and spring of 2027. They are replacing stairways to the beach and widening sidewalks. Nearby access points to the beach are still open and the lower seawall sidewalk on the beach is open.
