This contemporary apartment is located right in the heart of Birmingham city, in one of the safest and newest residential complexes, Park Central. The park is right at the front of the block where you can have a morning jog before work or an evening glass of wine on the grass admiring the city’s lights. The space This luxury 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 parking space apartment is situated just stones throw away from the Cube / Mailbox shopping centre, bars & restaurants (5min walk), Birmingham's party Broad Street with its famous canals (7min walk), Bullring Shopping centre (13min walk) and Tesco express (3min walk); making it the perfect location for a break! Living room The comfortable lounge not only offers a further sleeping option having two sofas but also a Smart TV with free Sky WiFi providing Netflix Youtube Amazon Apple Tv Disney+ and other applications that will allow you to truly relax and unwind. Having a modern wide coffee table, a modern rug and two additional free-standing chairs it makes a perfect space for having a cosy Monopoly/Poker night in! Master Bedroom The master bedroom features a spacious king size bed with memory foam mattress, two bedside drawers lit by two bedside lamps and a makeup table and a chair that can be used as a desk. The mirrored wardrobe and a chest of 6 drawers offer plenty of storage space, useful for longer stays. 2nd Bedroom This spacious bedroom offers a double bed with two under the bed storage drawers with memory foam mattress, a mirrored wardrobe and a spacious desk with a chair. Kitchen Fully kitted modern kitchen with a washing machine, well stocked with all the cooking equipment (Hotpoint electric hob & oven, extractor, Russel Hobbs microwave, kettle and toaster) and the cooking utensils you'll need (cutlery, plates, bowls, pots, pans, cups and glasses). You will also have at your disposal a 70/30 fridge freezer, USB plugs and complimentary coffee, sugar and tea (green & english). Bathroom The contemporary bathroom offers a spacious shower unit and bath, a sink with a mirrored cupboard and additional under the sink storage space where you’ll find the towels, complimentary soap and toilet paper. The toilet comes with a douche for that extra comfort. Storage cupboard Spacious cupboard for your suitcases and large coats. Here you’ll also find the iron and ironing board, mop and bucket, the hoover and hair dryer, straightener and curling tong. Hallway Features a free-standing mirror and a shoe storage space as you come in. Balcony Although in the middle of a busy city you can relax on a huge balcony with artificial grass using the comfy garden furniture overlooking the busy city. Parking The parking consists of one allocated numbered bay within a gated secure car park at the back of the building. Bonus: you’ll be able to keep an eye on your car from the balcony as the flat oversees the car park. Guest access If you are looking for a luxurious and secure home from home experience, then look no further. The entire apartment is exclusively available for you to enjoy when you stay here! Block entrance The CCTV protected entrance at front of the block oversees the park, you will be given a key or a fob to enter. To make your way to the 4th floor where the apartment is you will need to take the elevator or the stairs from the ground floor. You can also access the ground floor from the back where the parking area and the block bins are. Parking The entrance of the car park behind the block. If you have the block on your right side you’ll have to take the first right (after the block ends, small narrow street between blocks) to enter the car park on the right. You will be given a remote control to access the car park. Other things to note This property is not suitable for parties as the apartment is in a residential area, so (after 9pm weekdays & 12am weekends) the quiet times are to be respected. This is a breach of house rules and will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. Any loud music or pets are not allowed will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation/apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, not in the property. A deposit is required to cover for any linen damage/burnt/stained towels, property damage etc, fully refundable upon check-out if there is no damage. Guests must upload their ID. If you require a late check out, extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in. It is very important that keys/fobs are returned to the same state as your received them.
