Baybreak is a comfy, light and airy, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage, stylishly appointed, located in Vincentia, just a few minutes walk from the beach & white sands of Jervis Bay (easy walk to Hyams Beach from Greenfields Beach). It has lots of character, polished timber floors, beach house feel, large outdoor deck for alfresco dining & plenty of glass which captures the natural surroundings. The house is air-conditioned for comfort in all climates. Set amongst the trees in our garden and screened from neighbouring properties, it is very private. During the day enjoy the many varieties of visiting birds and in the evening the gentle washing of the waves on the sands of the nearby beaches. Guest access Vincentia is one of a cluster of villages on beautiful Jervis Bay, Australia's premier ocean marine park, just 2.5 hrs easy drive south of Sydney. The house has all mod cons and is designed and furnished for relaxed living. The elevated private deck at the rear has an outlook through the trees in our garden. The property is set back from the road in a bushland garden setting, behind a stand of gums. Its a short stroll to beach, boat ramp, shops and restaurants. It will especially suite those looking for a relaxing break, close to the Bay's wonderful ocean playground and appreciated by guests looking for comfortable furnishings with little added touches to make your stay all that more special. The abundance of trees on the property are home to families of Rosellas, Lorikeets, Kookaburras and Possums and can provide a truly magnificent experience. The beaches surrounding the area are renowned for having the whitest sands in the world. The calm, crystal blue/green waters of the Bay are perfect for swimming, snorkelling, diving, boating, kayaking, fishing, dolphin watching & in WINTER there is whale watching. Off the water there is golf, bushwalking, dining, all within a short distance from the house. The Bay & Basin Leisure Centre, an easy walk or 2 minute drive from the house, has an indoor water slide and pool for the kids or gym, lap pool and fitness classes for the adults. NO PARTY GROUPS To ensure the comfort of our guests, we accept bookings of a maximum 6 persons. WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR "SCHOOLIES" BREAKS and under no circumstances do we let the house for "party" weekends. Other things to note IMPORTANT TO NOTE: All bookings accepted are for a minimum 2 nights, other than for major holiday dates. We do not split booking numbers, eg 2 persons to stay 2 nights and 1 person for 1 night. Where bookings are made for 2 persons, it is assumed it is for 2 persons staying double share (ie 1 bedroom). Where a party of 2 require use of separate bedrooms a room supplement fee of $55 per night applies. Please note we accept bookings of a minimum: 2 nights for most of the year, 3 nights over public holiday long weekends, 5 nights between 22 Dec 2026 and 9 Jan 2027. We are unable to accept bookings arriving or departing on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day. We accept bookings only from persons who have verified their identities with Airbnb with positive host reviews. Our standard advertised rate is for 2 persons staying double share (1 couple, 1 bedroom), this allows us to keep our rates low for small parties. There is an additional charge of $55 pp/pn for additional persons, up to a maximum 6 (including infants). If a party of 2 require separate bedrooms, a $55 pn supplement will apply. There are internal and external stairs and an elevated deck which may be a problem for toddlers.
