The space Casa Clementina is a newly-built country house situated in the very small village of Santa Maria, just outside the characteristic town of Lucignano. Lucignano has really ancient origins, dated back to the Etruscan age and it is certainly worth to visit to admire its particular, elliptic shape and still intact circle of walls. Nowadays the town is a quiet, country place which still preserves the old, peasant Tuscan traditions and is endowed with restaurants, cafès and small grocery shops. The house position is ideal to tour Tuscany and its main art cities, such as Arezzo (30 km), Siena (40 km), Firenze (90 km) and Perugia (70 km). Casa Clementina has its own garden completely fenced, a beautiful swimming pool (size m. 10x4, depth m. 1,20-1,60), a barbecue and a large porch next to the kitchen, equipped with table and chairs to eat outside and relax in summer nights. Furnishing is nice and cosy and offers a good level of comfort.
