The Fir Country Cottage

Welcome to the Fir Country Cottage, located in the heart of Philomath, OR! Our charming cottage was built in 1945 and has views of Marys Peak and the beautiful surrounding fir country. Stepping out the front door, you are within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, shopping, coffee shops, Philomath Schools, churches, the local library, museum and much more! Less than 10 minutes to Oregon State University and Reser Stadium. Under an hour to Marys Peak and the Oregon coast! The space The cottage is tastefully decorated with a rustic, fir country vibe. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with cozy blankets, comfortable mattresses and couches, plush bath towels, heat and A/C for ultimate comfort during your stay. We've dialed in to all the small details such as a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee and tea bar, a selection of games, puzzles and books and complimentary toiletries. Fyi*** we pay special attention to making sure the cottage is sanitary in each room. We clean and sanitize all sheets, blankets and comforters after each guest. We also very frequently wash couch cushion covers, throw pillows and throw rugs. We want our guests to have peace of mind that everything is fresh and clean! Guest access You will have access to the entire home, patio, front and side yards. Other things to note *PLEASE NOTE* The Fir Country Cottage is located on Main St., which is also highway 20/34. This highway is the main thoroughfare through Philomath. We want our guests to be aware of the traffic that travels in front of the cottage. Although the traffic noise is minimized inside, guests will hear cars and trucks passing by. During the week it is a busy and bustling town. Evenings and weekends are less busy. The cottage location makes for very easy access for everything Philomath has to offer.
