Other things to note The cleaning fee covers your departure clean and 1 clean per week during your stay if you stay longer than 7 days and please let us know if this service will be required. You will always check in to a clean apartment and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee. By the time you arrive, you’ll have a key code sent to you. This code is from the key box with all instructions on how to access the property. And you don’t have to worry; we know that accidents occur from time to time, resulting in damage (we would not charge for one-off crockery breakages, for example). We kindly ask if anything does get broken to let us know before check out. We are very understanding while also responsible for keeping the property in good repair for all our guests.
