The main living area is on level one and two bedrooms are located on level two. A large deck wraps around the main living area with outdoor seating, BBQ and magnificent outlook towards the lake and mountains. All 3 bedrooms have a large smart TV so that guests can retreat and watch Netflix using the house WiFi. Bed 1 - Queen. (Linen included) Bed 2 - Queen, (Linen included) Bed 3 - There are two sets of Double beds with single bunk over (Sleeps 6) (Linen included) There are two full bathrooms with toilet, shower, basin etc. The kitchen is fully appointed with double oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and other appliances. There is a Nespresso coffee machine for you to use (BYO "original" Nespresso style coffee pods) Outside there is a separate large shed set up as a games room with a pool table, air hockey, darts and couches for everyone to enjoy. There is a second family sized fridge here and large TV for you to enjoy. The block is large grassy and flat with plenty of room to run around. The laundry is on ground level and has an additional toilet which is convenient from the games room. Guest access Guests can access the entire property including games room in the shed and large grass open areas. Other things to note There is plenty of parking for 3-4 cars on gravel areas ONLY. Cars should NOT be parked on the grass. We provide oversized doonas with covers, pillows, tea towels and extra blankets. High quality sheets and bath towels are also included.
