Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front and back of the cabin facing the parking, entrance, and patio/deck door for your security. There are no cameras inside the property. Other things to note 10pm loud noise curfew within Big Bear City ☆You must be 25+ to book ☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation ☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation ☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property ☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied ☆PETS☆ We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to one dog (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $75. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message! Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out.
