Welcome to your lakefront escape on Wilson Lake, just two miles from the RTJ Golf Course. This updated waterfront home sleeps up to 16 guests with 10 beds and offers a flat backyard, private dock, fire pit, putting green, and ample parking for multiple vehicles and trailers with a convenient boat ramp. Inside, enjoy a game room with ping pong, foosball, and air hockey, plus TVs and Wi-Fi in every room. Pet-friendly and perfect for families, golf trips, fishing, and group getaways. The space On all waterfront properties, the “front” of the home faces the water. When you enter from the back of the property, you’ll step directly into the main entry area and game room! The game room is complete with a foosball, air hockey and ping pong table! To the left, past the gaming area, you’ll find our most spacious and fully outfitted bedroom. Bedroom 4 features four twin beds, three full-size beds, and a lounge/TV area, making it ideal for kids or larger groups. Returning to the entry, you’ll enter a foyer hallway. Straight ahead is the spiral staircase, leading downstairs. To the left of the foyer, you’ll find Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, along with their corresponding bathrooms: Bedroom 2: shower only Bedroom 3: shower/tub combination To the right of the foyer hallway is a bright sunroom with two chairs and a couch, perfect for relaxing. Descending the spiral staircase on the waterfront (front) side of the home, you’ll find the primary suite, which includes: A king-size bed A private bathroom A downstairs kitchenette A TV and hosting/lounge area There are patios on both the upper and lower levels. From the downstairs patio, you’ll step into the outdoor amenities, which include: A putting green with overhead party lights A dock with direct water access A fire pit with four chairs This thoughtfully designed layout offers plenty of space to gather, relax, and enjoy the waterfront experience. This property is spacious enough for seclusion, but also nestled between two other homes, separated by fences on both sides. Pets: Although our property is pet friendly, cleaning fee does not involve cleaning up after dog poop or hair! If you make the commitment of bringing your dog, please bring your best poop bags and lint rollers! Other things to note Please give us plenty of notice if you will be bringing a boat. It can take up to a week to move ours from lift.
