Cottage B with Private Patio

The C Street Cottages are located in historic Jacksonville. These cottages are in the center of town where walking the streets is a step back in time. The area is also known for great wineries & outdoor activities. Each cottage has a king bed w/ upgraded linens, couch, coffee bar, mini fridge, full bath, TV & wifi, & a private patio space for enjoying that morning cup of coffee or afternoon glass of wine. Your own private oasis! The space Cottage B is a large studio. The entrance is towards the back of the property entered through a private patio and french doors. Each studio has a king bed w/ upgraded linens and a luxurious throw. There is a living area w/ a couch, coffee table, TV w/ wifi and a kitchenette w/ a mini fridge and coffee station w/ fresh ground coffee. The full bath has a tub/shower combo and a large closet. The outdoor patio has a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoor space. there is also a group space with additional seating towards the cottage entrance. Guest access There is one reserved space in front of the cottages (where the gravel driveway is located). The rest of the street is public parking so parking is typically readily available.
