This charming three-bedroom, one-bath home comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Step into a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and making memories. The cozy and inviting living room offers plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day of exploring nearby beaches, shops, restaurants, museums, and breweries. Enjoy quiet moments on the rocking-chair front porch, speckled with charm and overlooking peaceful fields and sunset views. The home is tucked between the original farmhouse, a rustic barn, and ornamental trees, offering a sense of privacy and connection to the land. Guest access Situated on the front side of a 66+ acre parcel on 4 acres of cleared space, along with the original farmhouse and farm buildings. Enjoy the entire home with plenty of space for parking. The original farmhouse sits in front of this home, but is unoccupied. Other things to note General Rules - No smoking inside the home. Smoking of any kind indoors will result in an additional cleaning fee. - If you must smoke, please do so outside and properly dispose of all waste. - No parties or events. - No unregistered guests or visitors. - No unregistered pets. - No third-party bookings. The reservation must be made by the person staying at the property. You will be held responsible for any damages or missing items during your stay. - Do not tape, nail, or adhere items to walls or surfaces. - Please respect our neighbors. - Please keep the house clean. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees. Property Access & Use - The owners will have access to the garage and sheds at any time. - This is a working farm with several acres actively being maintained. Please respect all property boundaries and equipment. Pet Policy - We are pet friendly for dogs only (maximum 2 dogs). - A non-refundable pet fee of $60 applies. Pets must be included in your reservation and communicated prior to booking. - No cats permitted. - Any pets other than dogs must be approved in advance. - No exceptions. - Pets are not allowed on furniture and must not be left unattended inside the home unless kenneled. - Pets cannot be locked in any room of the house. House Rules - Please clean up after your pets-waste bags are provided under the kitchen sink. - If we have to clean up after your pet, an additional fee will apply. - We welcome dogs that are well-behaved, potty trained, and non-destructive. If extra cleaning for pet odor or damage is required, additional fees will apply. Security - The home is equipped with outdoor security cameras. Tampering with or disabling cameras in any way will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
