Floor to ceiling windows open out onto a terrace, where you can enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset! Two armchairs are placed so you can watch something on the TV - there's Netflix, BBC iPlayer and Amazon Prime and more (own logins required). The real highlight, though, is the placement of the pull down king-size bed. Wake up to views of the sea directly ahead or fall asleep under a blanket of stars visible through the Velux above. Find plenty of storage space where you can unpack your clothes as well as a well-maintained en suite with a shower next door. This is the perfect bolthole for a well-earnt break by the coast! Free private parking for one vehicle. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the boatshed. Other things to note Please note, the boatshed shares some areas with another property, the cottage. The shared areas are the outdoor utility room and bin store which are located in between the two properties. Both the cottage and the boatshed have private entrances and garden areas - though they are not fenced off. For those interested, both properties are also bookable together. Just get in touch if this is of interest! The boatshed is suitable for immobile infants, however the decking is dangerous for mobile infants so they regrettably are not allowed.
