Plenty of Uber/Lyft availability, so if you don't want a car you won't need one with how close the amenities are. Home is walking distance to the beach, only thing to note is that 3rd Street is the main road at the beach and can be quite busy at times. As long as you are comfortable crossing this road without a cross walk you will be at the beach in no time! If you prefer a crosswalk with stoplight there are two located nearby that will only add a few short minutes to your walk and you can pick up custard along the way.
