This three bedroom home (with an additional air mattress) in a quiet neighborhood, has a darling window reading nook, and an under-eave play space for the kids with games, books, and remote controlled LED lights, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and back patio. You’ll regularly see local wildlife of deer and turkeys wandering through the neighborhood. You’re welcome to the entire home, with the exception of the garage. Three bedrooms, one with a king, and the other two with a queen sized bed in each. Living room has a living space with a couch and loveseat, and an air mattress on request. TV with Roku, dining area with seating for six, full kitchen, and back patio with a charcoal grill. One full bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. One full bathroom with toilet, sink, and bathtub (no shower.) One half bathroom with toilet and sink. Please note that the downstairs living area has a/c, but only one of the upstairs bedrooms has a/c. There are box fans available, and keeping the bedroom door open, that has the a/c, can cool all the rooms. You’ll have a digital code to access the front door. No keys to lose! There is room for two cars in the driveway, and unreserved, free, on-street parking too. You likely won’t see me during your stay, as we have an electronic lock that you’ll get a code for. (No keys to lose!!) But myself and my partner, as well as our cleaning and maintenance crew are only a phone call or message away! Quiet neighborhood of similar looking houses. Local wildlife are present. Shopping plaza is close by. Campus is 2 miles away, as is downtown. Both Uber and Lyft operate in Corvallis, though you’ll want to plan ahead. Most drivers stop operating after 10pm on weekdays, and midnight on the weekends. There is also a local bus line. The nearest stop is 1/2 mile away. If you need the air mattress, please request it’s availability in your booking. Upon booking, we will ask you for your license plate, drivers license, and phone number, which we will give to the home’s management, should any emergencies arise. We will additionally have you sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement via Docusign, and ask for your ID and email address.
