Comfortable apartment in the center of Pontevedra

In the heart of the city, but on a very quiet street, we offer our apartment a walk from the monumental area. It is ideal for families, it has three bedrooms: two with a double bed and another with a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast or a good lunch. There is an office area with a large table for a quick meal. Newly renovated, it is fully accessible, without architectural barriers and with an elevator. The space The apartment is divided into three bedrooms, two of them with a 150 cm wide bed, one of which is 2 m long. We offer the possibility of placing a travel crib with an anti-suffocation mattress. The third bedroom, the smallest, has a bunk bed, with a 135 cm wide lower bed, and a 90 cm upper bed. There are closets in all three bedrooms. In one of them we keep an iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has a small but full bathroom. There is another bathroom in the hallway, larger, for the entire apartment. The washing machine is located in the latter. Both bathrooms have a shower. We offer shower gel and shampoo. If you need a baby bath, ask us for it. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster... there is enough kitchenware to prepare and serve food. It has an office where up to six people can eat, and if necessary we can place a high chair for babies. If needed, there are cleaning products and utensils (mop, broom, cleaners...) and soap for the dishwasher and washing machine. Finally, in the living room you have a dining area, and a sofa in front of a smart TV, connected to the WiFi we offer. In the cabinet, there are some games and books for children to entertain themselves. Of course, enough towels and linens are included. Heating is central, programmed for the entire building. There are no steps from the street to the apartment when using the elevator. We attend to any special requests or needs, if it is in our power. It does not have private parking.
