4 bedroom, 3 bath coastal cottage in gated resort community, just a few blocks to the ocean. This cottage is tucked among mature coastal foliage at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Low country rocking porch on entrance, screen porch and two sundecks on rear that are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife and foliage. Hardwood floors throughout, cathedral ceiling in living room, smooth ceilings and upscale appliances with TVs in every bedroom. .4 miles - nearest beach access (21 or 22) The space There's enough space for everyone with around 2000 sq ft to comfortably spread out. Inside you'll find hardwood floors and an updated kitchen. Our beach cottage is very clean and is tastefully decorated, making it a cozy retreat. With central heat and AC, you'll stay comfortable in any season. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and small appliances - everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, except for a few owner closets. Additionally, we have the Wyndham ammenities pass which includes access to three pools (one heated), tennis courts, mini golf and more! Other things to note Guests get free access to the Wyndham pools (including one heated pool), mini-golf, gym and beach access via our amenities pass. No additional fees are charged for this pass unless pass is lost or not returned. While it is a short walk to the beach, we often drive. Plenty of access and parking at the main access points (there is a map of all beach access points located in our guest handbook). We will often walk or ride bikes as a family and use the back access gate, which is a .4 mile walk to the beach. Unfortunately, guests cannot bring any rented or personal golf carts into the neighborhood.
