The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. Two living spaces offer a place to kick back and relax! The large patio overlooks your private lake access and features a lounge space, bar area, and a grill! A short walk down to the dock allows for fishing, swimming or a day out on the boat! The space The master bedroom features a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two other bedrooms on the main level offer queen size beds as well as shared access to the main floor bathroom. The rec space features a pool table, ping pong table, there's a gym and laundry room for your convenience as well. There's also a large swingset feature for the kids! The attached garage sleeps two cars. Guest access The entire house on Lake Holcombe along with docks to park your boat! Other things to note We recommend bringing your own life vests if you would like a specific size or style especially for children. We do NOT provide firewood for the outdoor fire-pit. There may be some left over from other guests. Please plan to bring charcoal and lighter fluid for grilling. There may also be some left over from other guests. Absolutely NO animals allowed on the property.
