Completely updated in 2022 and thoughtfully designed for families and groups, our 2,300 sq. ft. lakefront A-frame combines modern comforts with everything guests love about spending time at the lake. One of the biggest advantages of our home is the layout. With bedrooms, bathrooms, and gathering spaces on all three levels, it's perfect for multiple families or multi-generational vacations where everyone has room to spread out. Main Level: The main level welcomes you with soaring A-frame windows overlooking Hyco Lake, filling the living room with natural light. Relax on the oversized sectional while watching the 55" Ultra HD Smart TV with Roku to watch all your favorite streaming channels and Spectrum cable app include with your rental, or gather around the handcrafted Ambrosia Maple dining table that comfortably seats eight. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, bakeware, utensils, wine glasses, and everything needed to prepare meals. Appliances include: • Full-size refrigerator • Gas range & oven • Microwave • Dishwasher • Dual Keurig (single-serve pods or 12-cup drip coffee) • Toaster Three additional seats are available at the kitchen island. Perhaps the biggest surprise for many guests is something you can't see in the photos: Our home features 300 Mbps fiber optic internet. Reliable high-speed internet is extremely rare on Hyco Lake, making remote work, streaming, gaming, and video calls fast and dependable throughout your stay. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all three finished levels, wraparound deck, covered patio, fire pit area, and private dock. A personalized smart lock keypad is automatically generated for each reservation. Your unique code activates at check-in (4:00 PM) and expires automatically after checkout (10:00 AM), making arrival simple and secure. Guests are welcome to enjoy swimming, fishing, and relaxing from the dock. If you're bringing your own boat, the nearby Hyco Lake Campground (approximately 2.5 miles away) offers a convenient public boat launch. Boats may be tied alongside our dock using the dock cleats; however, our covered boat slip is reserved for the owner's boat. Other things to note • Sleeps up to 10 guests. • Parking is available for approximately four vehicles. We recommend two-wheel-drive vehicles park at the upper driveway, especially after rain, as the lower gravel section can be loose. • No pets. • No parties or large events. • Quiet hours are appreciated after sunset out of respect for our neighbors. • Swimming and lake activities are enjoyed at your own risk. Children should always be supervised around the water, and diving from the dock is not permitted. • Water levels can vary throughout the year. The water depth near the end of the dock averages approximately 4–5 feet. • We provide Spectrum cable TV and Roku Smart TVs so guests can also log into their own streaming services. • Firewood is not provided. Guests are encouraged to bring dry firewood if they plan to enjoy the fire pit. • The home is located in a peaceful residential cove with calm water that's ideal for swimming, fishing, and relaxing.
