You will love cozy nights by the wood burning stove, screen time in the hidden nook, or enjoying our vinyl collection and roasting s’mores by the fire pit. Our 799 sq. ft. 3 bedroom 1.5 bathrooms, cabin is ideal for families, couples, and friends looking for a getaway, a personal retreat for writers and creatives, or anyone in need of nature's healing. We invite you to unplug, detach, slow down, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and explore its surroundings. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $300 fee. Mandatory Airbnb disclosure: We have security cameras monitoring the front and back door. We can attest that there are no cameras or recording devices inside the cabin monitoring our guest. A simplisafe code will be shared prior to check-in. We also offer key access via a lockbox. The cabin and land is yours to explore. Although not easily accessible, please be mindful of our neighbors. We are available to communicate with our guest at all times via the Airbnb messaging app. In the event of an emergency, please refer to the house manual for local contact information. Pine Hill, NY is a thriving hidden gem in the Catskills. Just a short walk to town and a 3 min drive to Belleayre Mountain and beach. Pine Hill offers easy access to world-class hiking trails, mountains, fishing, swimming holes and four ski resorts. While visiting the area you can enjoy renowned restaurants, spas, and breweries. Our guide and house manual provide detail information. The area does not provide any public transportation. Your own vehicle is required. If you enjoy long walks, in close proximity to the town of Pine Hill - walking options to food, art gallery, community center and the postal office. There is access via the adjacent rail-trail to walk up to Bellayre Ski Resort or venture down to the Bellayre Beach lake in the spring/summer season. We offer parking via our driveway with a maximum of 4 cars in total. Our wood stove heats our cabin for hours when in use. We have supplemental electrical heat, the wood stove is an added source of heat. We provide wood and a guide. Please remove shoes upon entering the cabin. Note: Cabin is adjacent to route 28.
