Mid-level and upstairs heater control (Nest) located here. This is where the gas fireplace (turn on/off with push of a button) is located. -Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, both bedrooms include a window AC unit. There is a shared bathroom (entrance via both bedrooms). There is a loft area with a couch and TV. -Downstairs, there is a game room, with two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed (bottom bed is a full). The other bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed. Downstairs heater control (Nest) located here. -Mid-level and downstairs have full length balconies. The mid-level balcony has a propane grill. The downstairs balcony has the Hot Tub. -Sloped back yard with trees, which can be accessed from the side of the house or through the balconies. Other things to note The garage is not accessible (no parking). The door/closet next to the fireplace is not accessible. The door/closet in the downstairs' bedroom is not accessible. There is NO washer or dryer. Due to high winds (or other factors) that may potentially cause fires, the power company will sometimes turn off the power. We have no control over this, but we will try to work with guests if we are able. While we do have a plow service for when it snows, we do not control their schedule, so we cannot offer any refunds for an unplowed driveway.
