Guest access During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire home, including all its amenities and facilities. While it's beautiful scenery, please keep your distance from any animals you encounter. Cell phone reception in the area varies by carrier. The cabin wifi signal is strong and can accommodate house guests and streaming devices. Please be respectful of neighbors with noise levels and quiet hours. FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Wild fires are common in Colorado, so we require all guests to check local fire restrictions before using the fire pit and grill. We require that local fire restrictions are honored out of safety for our guests, the forest and nearby wildlife. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your reservation. SMOKING: Smoking in accordance with CO law is permitted outside of the house. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home.
