Please note that there is ongoing construction in the Vineyard neighborhood. New Hot Tub installed in Summer 2024! Built in 2022, this home is perched above the Eagles Nest Winery with both sunset and sunrise views. Located at the end of the cul-de-sac, you'll have a quiet retreat. The main level has an open kitchen and living room with granite counters and island, stainless steel appliances, and a gas log fireplace in the kitchen. The lofted ceilings with windows allow plenty of natural light from the mountain top. There is a half bath and laundry on the main level, and the first king suite. Upstairs is the second king suite with tiled shower and granite counters. In the loft is a king sleeper sofa and arcade game with 60+ of your favorite '80s games. A Tesla EV charger is available for guest use. Outside you'll find a woodburning fire pit for summer evenings. The fenced in dog run is perfect for letting your dogs run free. Eagles Nest offers great hiking trails, some leading to beautiful waterfalls! There is something for everyone. Access to Beech Mountain has never been quicker thanks to the brand new road connecting Beech Mountain and Eagles Nest, Mountain Pass Road, just a short drive away. Within the Eagles Nest Community, this home is: 6.5 miles, or 20 minutes from the Front Gate 4.8 miles or 15 minutes from Great Camp 1.1 miles or 7 minutes from Camp Eagles Nest Within 1 mile or less than 5 minutes of the Winery While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include: Great Camp: Epic Chophouse - available to renters without membership BBQ Pavilion Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November) The Great Lawn Playground Hiking Trails Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal) Mini-Golf Course 24/7 General Store North Pavilion: Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only) Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball) Dog Park Walking Trail Sportsman’s Grille (Wed-Sun. Vineyard Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.) Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced. Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. Additional notes: - This home allows up to 2 crate-trained dogs. Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. No more than one dog is permitted. - Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks. - 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice. - All linens and towels provided. - All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities. This is $35/nt, but will be capped at $175 per visit. - Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. -Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. Payment will be collected through the airbnb resolution center. - Returning guests of Soaring Hawk Lodge may receive a 5% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • Pet rent is not included in the quoted price. This home allows up to 2 mature crate-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax which is collected through the airbnb resolution center • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
