By the lake there is a private dock, swim float with ladder in the water, as well as a fire pit (wood provided to start- 12 logs) complimentary. Guest must use stairs to enter front door and back door from deck area. The back yard is pretty level and has beautiful views of the lake & surrounding wildlife. Central & Westerly NH this cottage is located on Horace Lake with 100 ft of footage on the water. This is the perfect spot to escape the hassle & stress of everyday life. Drink in the wildlife and the quietness all around you. Backyard has a grassy lawn, manicured gardens and well-appointed seating making this a pleasurable spot for vacationing. This home is located on a picturesque lake down secluded dirt road. During the Spring & Winter months this road can be very muddy, wet and hard to navigate if not in an All Wheel or 4 Wheel Drive Vehicle. Please ask owners of conditions of roads if you are worried.
