Soaring vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows allow the natural sunshine to flood the space with light. Unwind on the sprawling sofas, where there’s plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. Watch Netflix, Hulu or Disney+, play games, or simply enjoy the gas fireplace and the view. The kitchen is open to the living area — perfect for large groups. A custom built-in dining banquette and extra long farmhouse dining table can seat up to 12 people for meals (plus you can always squeeze in another few kids, of course). A large granite island has casual stool seating for three more. The brand new chefs’ kitchen is fully-equipped with all the culinary tools you’ll need to prepare snacks, meals, and cocktails for your crew. The house is fully stocked with soft, hotel-quality sheets, bath & hand towels, duvets and soft blankets, and ready for your getaway! No need to bring anything, unless you'd like an extra towel for the hot tub or the beach. We provide one deluxe bath towel per guest, plus plenty of hand towels and washcloths are stored in the bathrooms. This home was professionally designed and uses only the highest quality furniture, mattresses and decorations. Enjoy a day of adventure and then return to Sky Pine Lodge, your family’s mountain oasis, to dine and relax and make memories. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the entire home and surrounding 1+ acre yard including the fire pit lounge and pergola-covered dining area. Plus, there's a lot to explore right outside in the woods and protected Bethlehem Watershed nature preserve that surround the house. Other things to note Penn Forest STR #22-0109 The primary renter on all reservations must by 25 years of age or older. Please respect the neighborhood and keep outside noise to a minimum after 11pm. No more than 14 guests are permitted to stay overnight. Additional overnight guests will be charged a penalty of $100 per person. PETS: We love pets! Well-behaved and housebroken pets are welcome with a $75 per pet cleaning fee to help out our fabulous cleaning crew. You can add pets to your booking anytime by modifying your Airbnb reservation. SMOKING: Please no smoking in the house at any time, thanks! PARTIES: UNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Low-key getaways, birthday gatherings and family reunion type-things are totally okay and encouraged! Please do not use confetti or glitter at the house. Any confetti or glitter found will result in an additional cleaning charge of $100/hr as needed. The Lodge has parking for 6 cars in the winter, and 10 cars in the summer, due to road closures in the snowy season. PLEASE NOTE: Host will send a hold harmless waiver for the primary renter to sign, per insurance requirements. CANCELLATION FEE: All bookings are subject to Airbnb's cancellation policies.
