A great location for you to discover Fairbanks the best way. We look forward to hosting you! The space This recently re-modeled apartment is a ground floor unit in a 4-plex. There are two entry way steps to get in. There is a Yale smart lock on the front door for convenient check-in. When you walk in you will see the living room and dining room. The living room has two couches with a 65" smart tv. The whole apartment is equipped with high speed Internet for all your streaming needs. You'll even be able to log into your netflix/hulu/etc account on the TV so you don't have to miss out on your favourite shows! The dining room has a table that seats 6, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a meal. There is also a coffee maker, toaster, oven/stove top and microwave. Down the hall you will find the first bathroom on the right with a tub/shower. Next there is the first guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, lamp and nightside table. The second bedroom is also a queen with a nightstand and also a desk if you need a workspace. The last bedroom on the right is the master with a king sized bed and the second bathroom off of it. Both bathrooms have tub/showers. I provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash, toilet paper, towels and hair dryer. I also provide extra blankets in each bedroom. There is a blow up air mattress in the master closet if more sleeping space is needed. Guest access You will only have access to the apartment. There are no shared areas. Other things to note There is not washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat a few blocks away that I recommend to guests.
