Unit also has full size sleeper sofa, dining table for 2, full bathroom. We also have coffee maker, 2 burner stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster & all necessary cookware. Conveniently located across from large shopping plaza w/grocery, retail shops & dining and not far from the activities at the Boardwalk The space This studio is 309 sq ft with a king bed and full sleeper sofa, full kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessities to cook a complete meal. Watch your favorite show on the 40" TV with cable. Watch the sunset out the large window. Guest access We have 1 heated outdoor pool available, indoor pool and 1 hot tub. Guests have beach access from the north side ramp. We also have our own private parking lot next to the resort, as our parking garage is closed for repairs. We also have coin laundry available on site. Other things to note We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral. Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion! New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone! If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area. The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!
