Third bdrm upstairs gives a view of the lake. Drive fits 2 cars. Main floor has 2 bedrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room with Roku TV, enclosed front entry way to view the fenced yard if bringing kids or pet. One small pet only allowed - no more that 30 lbs, with pet fee. Top floor has the master bedroom & closet. Do not let your pet on the furniture. Pick up and put pet feces in dumpster immediately. Car is needed to get to house but lots of restaurants, dollar store & lake is within walking distance. Reservations made for FRIDAY nights MUST include a SATURDAY night stay. Weekends do require TWO NIGHT stays. Single nights are available if during the week (Sunday thru Thursday). Reservations must include the exact number of guests staying and if a pet is staying, that must be included as well. There is a pet fee but an additional fee will be added if we approve more than one pet or if we approve a pet over the 30 lbs limit. Failure to book two nights stays on Friday will result in cancellation of your reservation. Person booking house must be 25 years or older and must be staying there themselves. We do not accept local residents as guests unless there is a very good reason.
