Secluded on an acreage in the country - minutes away from Mahoney State Park, Iron Horse, Quarry Oaks, the SAC Museum, and the Wildlife Safari Park! Free Wi-Fi & Netflix, (3) 55” Roku TV’s! Dartboard, shuffleboard, popashot, horse shoes, corn hole, fire pit, & tons of fun games! The house is fully furnished and is perfect for large get togethers! We are located right in between Lincoln & Omaha! This newly updated vacation home has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 10 beds, a huge yard, game room, and lots of space to hang out! There’s a grill, a huge fire pit, and have a bunch of outdoor yard games (bags, ladder ball, horse shoes, frisbee, & kan jam). You have access to the garage, but you have to stay in our yard. The trees, and buildings are not available to use. The house will be super clean and is fully furnished for you to enjoy time with your family and friends! We have 3 king beds w/ memory foam, 1 queen, 5 fulls, and 1 twin bed! We also have a pack and play and will be setting up a crib in one of the rooms too. You have full access to the house, yard, and garage (see photo of access map to know property boundaries). The trees and buildings are off limits. We have a brand new washer and dryer, a nice grill, watch the sunset on the deck and enjoy some peace and quiet outside in the country. Due to some guests having allergies, we ask you to leave your pets at home. If you have any questions about the house please ask! We live close and are available to help you out, if you need anything (if we are home). There is a ton of great restaurants around the area, No Frills is the local grocery store in Ashland. We are on a paved road down the road from Iron Horse Golf course, Mahoney State Park, SAC Space Museum, the wildlife safari park, Quarry Oaks Golf Course, Round the Bend Steakhouse, Glacial Till Winery, Cellar 426 winery, and so much more! Hopefully you have scheduled in some time to explore because it could take a couple weeks to experience everything Ashland had to offer! There is a ton of parking so that shouldn’t be an issue. Let me know if you need any help finding it. We are brand new to Air BNB - we’ve put a ton of work into the house and are super excited to start renting it out! Our number one goal is to make the house as nice as possible and give you the best traveling experience you’ve ever had! We will send you a code to get in prior to arrival. The house will be fully furnished. We have a grill and grilling utensils, if you need to borrow a cooler just let me know I can leave one for you. We can also leave a pack and play and a high chair if you need one. We will have some toys for the kids and fun games for the adults.
