Wanderlust Pines: This modern farmhouse design home is 4350 sq feet and offers 2 master bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, 1st master is on the main floor (total 6 bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms), an upscale chef's kitchen with so many amenities, 3 living rooms and a game room. Enjoy the front porch, top floor balcony and outdoor back patio seating. This place is perfect for your large group!! You will not feel cramped here! Please read the rules before booking. The space Welcome to SPACIOUS Wanderlust Pines. This stunning large home is furnished beautifully with modern furnishings and amenities equipped with most everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The Space Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us as our guests. We take extra precautions in cleaning and sanitizing our home. The home features dual washer and dryers for your convenience. LIVING AREAS There are 3 living rooms, 2 of which have smart tv's with Roku remotes so you can stream all of your favorite apps. There is also a game room in the finished basement with a foosball table, board games, puzzle and cards. KITCHEN & DINING Beautiful Quartz countertops and Bosch stainless steel appliances along with a wine fridge with a well equipped chef's kitchen. You will be very pleased with all of the amenities provided. Dining area includes 10 seats at the 108" dining table and 5 seats at the large kitchen island. BED & BATH This gorgeous home has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. 5 of the bedrooms have king beds and 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds. One king air mattress is available upon request. Both master bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. The 1st floor master, includes a tv, has a large beautiful bathroom with separate tub, shower and toilet. All of the bedrooms have large closets with shelves and hangers. Also provided is a luggage rack in each bedroom. There is a travel crib and highchair located in the closet of the main floor master bedroom. OUTDOOR SITTING AND PATIO AREAS There is ample outdoor seating. There is a sitting area in the front of the home and an upstairs balcony. You will find a large outdoor back patio with ample seating and a dining area to include 14 chairs. You will have access to a fire pit and a bbq. One tank of propane will be provided for the fire table. The bbq grill is connected to natural gas. If you should need extra propane there are several locations near by that can provide it. During the inclement cold weather months, the outdoor dining and seating areas will not be available. * Please be sure to read all the house rules and notes prior to booking. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you in advance!! NOTES We love communicating with our guests. To ensure nothing is missed or lost in translation, we ask that all communication regarding your stay be done through the app's platform. At time of booking, you will be required to read and sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a security deposit hold and provide a copy of a government issued id of the booking guest. Once check out is complete, no damage and no missing items are confirmed, and it appears all house rules and check out procedures have been adhered to, your security deposit hold will be released. Please note that this may take up to 7 business days. You may use anything in the home, but please place all items back. An inventory of all items in the home is taken at check in and check out, please do not take any items home with you that you did not arrive with. Due to same day arrival and departures, regretfully, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We ask that you do not interrupt the cleaning crew as this will only delay your check-in. The cleaning crew is not authorized to allow anyone access to the property. Should you arrive to town early, there is plenty to do and see! Request to see our digital guidebook for ideas. During the winter months, it is advisable to drive a 4 wheel drive or AWD vehicle. These months will bring snow and ice and you need to be prepared. Because of this, there will be NO parking in the driveway allowed as it is steep. There is plenty of free street parking. Please do not park in front of my neighbors homes. Also the walkways and steps will be slippery and icy. Bugs and critters are plentiful in Coeur d'Alene due to its topography. We have many trees, so please keep doors and windows closed when not in use. We have a regular pest control service and do everything to keep the critters and bugs out but they do sometimes get in. If you see any inside, please remove it and let us know. Note the home will be decorated during Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons. Guest access Entry code will be given remotely through the app platform. The owner/manager lives local and will send check in instructions and answer any questions via phone, messaging and the app. Other things to note HOUSE RULES 1. No pets of any kind. 2. This home is not childproof. If you are bringing children under the age of 18, we require that they are not left unattended by an adult at any time on the premises. There are 2 staircases in the home so much care needs to be given while in the home. 3. The property is surveilled. Any tampering with/moving/redirecting/covering/disconnecting WiFi or devices or outdoor cameras or doorbells will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and you will be required to leave and vacate the premises immediately. Please understand that we do not sit and watch the cameras, but this is our home and investment, and we have these measures in place to protect our home and us. The motion alarm in the home will be disabled while guests are staying, however the video surveillance on the outdoor areas is on 24/7. There are no cameras on the inside the home. There are a few closets in the home that are locked and not available for guests use as they are storage areas. Do not attempt to break in or unlock these doors. Please note by booking this property you waive your option to disable surveillance. Any issues with the WiFi contact the owner to reset. WiFi is not guaranteed. Outages may occur and the owner can do nothing if Spectrum internet/WiFi is unavailable. 4. No smoking of any kind on the premises. 5. Guests staying longer than 1 week can request housekeeping services at an additional cost to provide clean linens and towels and clean living areas. Please contact the host for information on additional cost if housekeeping services are wanted. 6. Parties are not allowed as this home is in a quiet neighborhood. Please observe outdoor quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. No confetti is allowed on the premises. If confetti is found on the premises, the owner will assign an additional cleaning fee determinant on the time it takes to remove the confetti from the premises. 7. For insurance and safety purposes, all guests must be listed and accounted for on your reservation/itinerary. No more than 14 guests may stay at any time. 8. It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance when booking our home. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, weather, illness, emergencies etc, which could cause you to need to cancel your trip or end it prematurely. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please know that we will abide by our cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel. If you book this unit, that action constitutes agreement with this policy.
