These cameras are not equipped with audio recording and are never placed in private areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, or the hot tub space. Parking: Limited parking is available on our property, with space for up to four cars in the driveway. To prevent property damage, please refrain from parking on lawns, dirt, or gravel areas. Quiet hours are observed after 10 PM, and fireworks are strictly prohibited, with penalties of up to $2000. No parties or events are allowed. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Wildlife shares our environment, and we ask guests to avoid leaving food out and disturbing them. Pet Policy: We understand pets are part of the family and welcome them with a $100 pet fee per stay.
