This big 4000 SqFt, 6-bedroom,4-bathroom, pool & spa home is located in the ever popular Championsgate area. Only minutes to theme parks but away from the hustle, this home is a perfect getaway for large groups and family to stay together in one place in comfort. This modern home has just completed renovation with everything new. Outdoor screened private Pool & Spa, grill, gourmet kitchen w/wine cooler, shuffle table, comfortable beds and sofa. The space  400 mbps internet speed, same speed for both download and upload!  Bedrooms: 2 King Rooms (R1 without TV, R3 with TV), 2 Queen Rooms without TV (R4, R6), 1 Twin Room with two beds with TV (R5), and 1 Twin Bedroom with 3 beds with TV (R2). 9 beds in total.  Bathrooms: 4 Full bathrooms with hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, and towels.  Living room: first floor: sofa & TV, dining area, kitchen, shuffle table.  Garage: for parking use only.  Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, and dishwasher, wine cooler refrigerator; a large dining table (8 seats); a kitchen island (4 counter stools) and an additional outside dining table at the covered lanai.  Laundry room: Second floor has a laundry room with a set of large capacity washer & dryer, iron & board. One extra dryer is located in the garage.  Screened private swimming pool (heated to 83F’ish) and connected Hot tub/Spa (heated to 102F’ish). Pool heating is optional and recommended during winter months & is available for an additional fee, which costs extra $45 per night plus tax, and it should be ordered for the entire stay. Grill is $85-$100 plus tax for your entire stay! (Rates on nights)  This community, Windwood Bay, doesn't have clubhouse. Guest access Self-check-in:) The guests will be given the check-in information before the check-in date, including the front door code, wifi info, and other instructions. One security camera is on the top of the garage door. Other things to note Parking in the garage or on the driveway, and driveway can fit two cars. Street parking is allowed, but need to follow the parking rule from the HOA: All owners, renters, their guests, and visitors must observe the correct side to park their vehicles as per the Polk County signage. Also, as a courtesy to the adjoining neighbors no parking directly in front of their driveway. Parking on the grass of a house or the common areas is prohibited and may entail having the vehicle towed at owner's expense. Driveways may only be used for parking personal vehicles. The use of driveways to park and or store a work truck, a trailer, a recreational vehicle, or a boat is strictly prohibited.
