Large Studio, 1 mile from the beach

Large Studio Room with 2 King Beds with very comfortable mattresses. Studio is half basement with windows, 4 steps down into the basement. Inside the Studio we have Small kitchen area with Coffee Machine, full sink, small refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. Private Restroom with Shower are just outside the Studio, down the Hallway. Studio with bathroom and hallway has separate and private entrance that only used by guests. This apartment is attached to the house where owners live. The space Guests are using Studio room , bathroom and hallway, available only for guests. It’s a separate unit from main house. Guest access Large Studio, separate bathroom and hallway. Other things to note We live in a small and charming little town called Saco, right around Saco river. There are several beaches around the house in 1 to 3 miles range: Ferry Beach State Part, Camp Ellis, and Saco Bay Beach. Old Orchard Beach is 3 miles away with numerous attractions and restaurants, and amusement park on the beach! Down town Saco has another set of nice restaurants and fast food restaurants as well!
