Staying " Da Marilù", you will feel immersed in the culture, history and flavors that Mazara del Vallo will be able to offer you. Located next to the Museum of the Dancing Satyr, symbol of the city. Right in the historic center, where you can walk around the Kasbah district through the courtyards and alleys of Arab culture. Nearby, you can visit the Cathedral Basilica and the closeby seafront, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Location, spaciousness and elegance all in once! The space The house has a main courtyard (common area) from which the apartment can be accessed via stairs. Inside, is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you will find: • Large hallway • Fully equipped kitchen, with four burner gas stove, electric oven and all the essentials for cooking. • Espresso machine (Bialetti Gioia) with capsules. • Minifridge 88 liters (without freezer). A service bathroom is close to the kitchen area. Plenty of space in the living room with: • Samsung Smart TV 32" • solid wood table with 6 seats and two cozy velvet armchairs to relax. It can be used for smartworking space or work meetings. • A Kawai piano 🎹 The entire apartment's floor is in marble such as the stairs. Going up to the 1st floor (via a staircase) there is a very spacious king size bedroom with a terrace connected to it! There is a small table with two chairs that can be used to enjoy your moments on the terrace. Close to the bedroom there is a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine. Will be provided: • shower shampoo courtesy line • shower and hand towels, • toilet paper • laundry detergent • small hairdryer with diffuser In the same floor, there is also a single room with desk, a wall mounted standard TV 24", wardrobe and a small balcony.
