The space Cigarral El Pinar de la Bastida: Nature and comfort near Toledo and Puy du Fou Located on a 9,500 m² enclosed plot surrounded by pine trees, olive trees and native vegetation, this house is ideal for those seeking tranquility and comfort. The main floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms with single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. The lower floor, accessible by an exterior staircase, has two bedrooms with two single beds and a private bathroom each. Outside, enjoy gardens, terraces, a large pool with sun loungers and parasols, and a gazebo with a paella grill for outdoor meals. Casa el Pinar de la Bastida does not commit to saving or reserving the house if the first payment is not made and will remain available for other possible reservations. TRAVELER REGISTRATION: To access the accommodation, it is mandatory to present the ID, passport or Residence Card (in force), of all the people for whom the house has been reserved. It is mandatory for each traveler, over 16 years of age, to fill out and sign a traveler registration form, which the owner will communicate to the police. CHILDREN: Children under 24 months who do not sleep in a separate bed do not count as a guest. All children over 2 years old count as a guest CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-in will be after 3:00 pm and check-out before 12:00 pm. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekdays and 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Friday through Sunday. PETS: Not allowed UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS: Access by more people than those listed on the CHECK-IN DOCUMENT and registered in the guest register is not allowed. Unauthorized visits to the facilities (house, pool, gardens...) are prohibited without the approval of Casa el Pinar de la Bastida. EVENTS AND PARTIES: Payment for the accommodation does not entitle you in any case to use it to organize parties, bachelor parties, pre-weddings, post-weddings, or events that have not been expressly admitted by management. CLEANING: At the end of the stay, guests will leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, without garbage or waste inside, with the kitchenware clean and in place. Casa el Pinar de la Bastida will not carry out any cleaning during the stay. If the stay is longer than 6 nights, clean towels and sheets will be provided every week. DAMAGE: Any damage caused by misuse must be paid for before leaving the premises. CONSUMPTION: When leaving the accommodation, leave the windows closed, turn off the appliances and lights HIGH FIRE RISK AREA: IT IS FORBIDDEN TO MAKE FIRE, BARBECUES, use pyrotechnics, leave glass objects, combustible material or anything that is susceptible to causing a fire. In case of fire, call 112. LIABILITIES EXCLUDED BY CASA EL PINAR DE LA BASTIDA: Theft, loss, any type of injury or physical damage, accidents arising from the use of the pool and other facilities, which may be suffered by customers and their companions.  Power, water or gas supply cuts. Works that other external companies may carry out in the vicinity and that may affect the client's stay. Any type of major, natural or similar cause that prevents the enjoyment of the facilities. The breakage of household appliances or any other appliance that must be communicated immediately to make the corresponding notice to the appropriate Technical Service, but the non-attendance by this service will not be grounds for any compensation. CASA EL PINAR DE LA BASTIDA RESERVES THE RIGHT OF ACCESS to the accommodations for the maintenance of the exteriors, gardens, pool... and checking that the number of people in the accommodation matches the number on the CHECK-IN DOCUMENT and that they have been registered in the traveler's register. BEHAVIOR: The client and their companions must behave in a civil manner, respecting the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise, parties, etc., that may cause well-founded complaints from neighbors is strictly forbidden.
