The space Cigarral El Pinar de la Bastida: Nature and comfort near Toledo and Puy du Fou Located on a 9,500 m² enclosed plot surrounded by pine trees, olive trees and native vegetation, this house is ideal for those seeking tranquility and comfort. The main floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms with single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. The lower floor, accessible by an outside staircase, has two bedrooms with two single beds and a private bathroom each. Outside, enjoy gardens, terraces, a large pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a gazebo with a paella grill for outdoor dining. Just 5 minutes by car from downtown Toledo, close to weddings in Cigarrales and Puy du Fou Spain, it is the perfect place to combine nature, comfort and tradition. • There are stairs to access the property and rooms. • There is no public bus service in the area. Casa el Pinar de la Bastida does not agree to keep or book house if the first payment is not made and will remain available for other possible reservations. TRAVEL REGISTRATION: For access to the accommodation, it is mandatory to present the ID, passport or Residence Card (in force), of all the persons for whom the house has been booked. It is mandatory for each traveler, over 16 years of age, to fill in and sign a traveler registration card, which the owner will communicate to the police units. CHILDREN: Children under 24 months of age who do not sleep in independent bed do not count plaza. All children over 2 years of age account for plaza Reception and DEPARTURE times: Check-in will be from 3pm and check out before 12 noon. QUIET HOURS: It is from 10 pm to 9 am on weekdays and from 24 hours to 10 am from Friday to Sunday. PETS: Not allowed UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS: ACCESS is not allowed for more people than those on the CHECK-IN DOCUMENT and have been registered in the guest registration. It is forbidden to visit you do not authorize the facilities (house, pool, gardens...) without the approval of Casa el Pinar de la Bastida. EVENTS and PARTIES: The payment of the accommodation does not entitle in any case to use the same to organize parties, bachelor parties, pre weddings, post weddings.... or events that have not been expressly admitted by the address. CLEANLINESS: Customers at the end of the stay will leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, without garbage or waste inside, with household goods clean and placed. Casa el Pinar de la Bastida will not perform any cleaning for the duration of the stay. If the stay is more than 6 nights clean towels and bed linens will be provided each week. DISPERFECTS: Any deterioration caused by the misuse, must be paid before leaving the premises. CONSUMPTION: When leaving the unit, leave the windows closed, turn off the appliances and lights HIGH FIRE RISK AREA: NO FIRE, BBQ, use pyrotechnics, leave glass objects, combustible material, or susceptibility to cause a fire. In case of fire, call 112. LIABILITY EXCLUDED BY CASA EL PINAR DE LA BASTIDA: Thefts, losses,  any type of injury or physical damage, accidents arising from the use of the pool and more facilities, that customers and their companions may suffer.  The cuts of electricity, water or gas supplies. The works that other foreign companies can do nearby and that may affect the client's stay. Any major, natural or similar cause that impedes the enjoyment of the facilities. The breakdown of appliances or any other appliances that must be communicated immediately to make the corresponding notice to the Technical Service timely, but the non-assistance by this service will not be a reason for compensation. CASA EL PINAR DE LA BASTIDA RESERVES the RIGHT TO ACCESS the accommodations for the maintenance of the exteriors, gardens, swimming pool... and checking the number of people in the accommodation agrees with the one contained in the CHECK-IN DOCUMENT and who have been registered in the traveler's registration. BEHAVIOR: The client and their companions must behave in a civic way, respecting the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located is totally prohibited, such as elevated music, noises, parties... that may cause substantial complaints from the neighbors. COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES: The customer and his/her companions will comply with the rules mentioned above. Otherwise, it will be a reason for all occupants to be vacated immediately without refunding the amount paid for the stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, which includes: • 5 rooms in total: Main floor: 2 bedrooms with single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed. Lower floor (access by external staircase): 2 bedrooms with two single beds and a private bathroom each. • Full living room, dining room and kitchen. • Exterior: gardens, terraces, swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a gazebo with paella grill for outdoor meals. Other things to note Important information before you book • Check-in: after 3:00 p.m. • Check-out: before 12:00 PM • Home access: Upon arrival, we will personally welcome you and give you the key. • Parking: There are parking spaces available on the property. Parking is outside and not covered. • Linens and towels: Beds will be made up upon arrival and towels are provided. Pool towels are not included. • Wi-Fi available throughout the house. • Air conditioning and heating in all rooms. • Kitchen equipped with American coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc. • We leave basic household cleaning products. • Please respect the neighbors' peace and quiet at all times. • To access the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, gas stations and other services, you need to travel by car.
