Swallows Roost features two double bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds (one with its own en-suite) plus a family bathroom 🛁 The third bedroom offers twin beds, with space for an extra single or a cot. Unwind in the open-plan lounge with Smart TV 📺 and Bluetooth soundbar 🎶 - or sink into the six-seater wood-fired hot tub 🔥 🌌 As night falls, gather round the crackling firepit 🔥 to toast gooey marshmallows 🍢 beneath a sky of glittering stars ✨ Enclosed garden for children and dogs 🐕 Guest access The property is for your exclusive use. Please don’t go beyond the fence at the end of the garden. Other things to note Check in is from 3:30pm via a key box on the gate. Swallows Roost has a large fire pit with swing arm grills for cooking, just like a bbq but better! Please use wood in this Your first bag of logs is provided. Extra wood is available to pre order for £10 a bag or the local BP garage has suitable wood. If extra wood is not preordered we will endeavour to assist where we can. Please try to avoid late night requests and plan in advance. BBQ and s’mores packs available to pre order - please ask for more details. Bbq packs require a minimum of 48 hours notice. We are now offering our guests a late checkout fee for Sundays or where a small gap allows. Please get in touch for details and if this will be available during your stay.
